another suicide.
there has been at least 10 suicides at NYU since 2003. each year that i’ve been at this school, there’s at least one. all i gotta say is— MAN THE FUCK UP.
there are panels on the inner balconies that were installed several years ago to prevent further suicide attempts. in order to get over them, you’d have to be really good at climbing a flat wall, or you’d have to prop yourself up with a table and a chair. this guy must’ve tried really hard to kill himself.

party was wicked gooood but damn.. guys were slacking on their costumes. my favorite was probably Russell from the movie UP. he had the balloons and the whole yellow outift— sooo cute!
so last night i hopped around the east village and somehow ended up at the Soho Grand for a promoter party… really gorgeous space, but the crowd was too subdued. i know it’s pretty upscale and all but it’s Halloween! wild the fuck out! Soho Grand is one of THOR’s competitors but we always called them ‘boring’. i mean, what’s the point of a pretty space without the right people? drinks were very very good though.
